You can return non-perishable items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery if they don't meet our quality standards. We'll inspect the items and process your refund or replacement accordingly.
Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Package the item securely with the RA number visible. In some cases, we may arrange for pickup.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing time is typically 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
If only part of your order is returned, you'll receive a partial refund for the returned items only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your return refund promptly to minimize any delay.
